Lamb Chops @ Luchador, Denver

 

The lamb chops on Luchador's menu were inspired by Chef Zuri's three-hour stint on the Food Network's 24 in 24: Last Chef Standing. The chops were perfectly cooked however it was the aji verde sauce and the blistered potatoes that were the true highlight for me.
